Extended access
Tuesdays and Fridays: 6:30pm to 8pm, extended access (access via intercom service).
Saturday: By pre booked appointment only, offered at Mill Road Surgery or other surgeries within the PCN (access via intercom service).
No other services are available at these times.
Please note, the surgery doors are closed from 12:30pm to 1:30pm but the phone line is still open during this time.
Enhanced access
If you would like an evening or Saturday appointment, please request this when you contact your practice. Details of your appointment, including the location of your appointment (if booked during enhanced access hours) will be given by reception at the time of booking.
As part of this service, appointments will be available across the PCN (Primary Care Network) between:
- 6:30pm and 8pm, Monday to Friday
- 9am and 5pm on Saturdays
Dispensary opening times
- Monday to Friday – 8am to 6:30pm
- Morning session – 8am to midday
- Afternoon session – 2pm to 6:30pm
- Closed Saturday and Sunday and Bank Holidays
Medication collections are between 2pm and 6:30pm each day. Please allow 2 working days for your medication request to be processed.
The dispensary telephone is open from 11am to midday and 2pm to 5pm, Monday to Friday. The dispensary is not open at weekends.
If you need help when we are closed
If you need medical help now, use NHS 111 online or call 111.
NHS 111 online is for people aged 5 and over. Call 111 if you need help for a child under 5.
Call 999 in a medical or mental health emergency. This is when someone is seriously ill or injured and their life is at risk.
