      Qualified in Pretoria, South Africa in 1995. General Practice training in Chelmsford. Joined Mill Road in November 2006. Medical interests include minor surgery, musculoskeletal disease and dermatology.
    • Dr Nirmalan de Silva – MBBS – Partner
      Qualified at London Hospital Medical College in 1996. General Practice training in Colchester. Joined Mill Road Surgery in August 2010. Interested in all aspects of general practice with the exception of Gynaecology.

      Qualified at Rajah Muthiah Medical College, India in 2003 . Completed general practice training in Colchester in 2012 and joined Mill Road surgery in August 2013. Enjoys all aspects of general practice, special interests include women’s and child health and musculoskeletal disease.

      Qualified from India in 2003, General Practice Training in Conventry, Warwickshire followed by 11 years work as a GP in midlands before family relocation to Colchester in 2019. Medical interests include Family Planning, Womens Health, GP Training and Education.
    • Dr Eleanor Foley (her, she) MBBS, MRCGP – Partner
      Qualified from the University of East Anglia in 2008. Spent 6 years training in Paediatrics in the East of England Deanery based at Colchester, Ipswich, and Addenbrooke’s Hospitals before embarking on GP Training in her hometown of Colchester in 2016. Joined Mill Road Surgery in June 2021. Medical interests include Paediatrics and Mental Health.

      I graduated from Baghdad University Medical School in 2001. I gained experience working in various medical and surgical specialties ,I also worked in Public Health and accident and emergency medicine in London before embarking on my General practice vocational training in the East of England working in the Norfolk and Norwich Hospital and GP surgeries in Norfolk. I have interest in all aspects of medicine including preventative medicine, mental health and women’s health.

      Qualified at University of Nottingham in 2015. GP training in Chelmsford. Originally from Colchester and I have an interest in women’s health and also preventative medicine.

      Studied Medicine at the University of Leicester, graduating 2016. Foundation training in Dundee and General Practice training in Dundee and Nottingham. Joined Mill Road in 2024. Club Doctor for Colchester United FC. Medical interests include Sports and Exercise Medicine, Concussion and Musculoskeletal Medicine.
