Urgent appointments
To request an urgent appointment, please submit a request using our new AccuRx system via the Contact us online link below.
All clinical requests are directly triaged by a clinician from 7:30am Monday to Friday until the surgery is at capacity for the day; the clinicians will review its urgency and what appropriate action needs to be taken. However, if it cannot wait two working days then patients must contact 111, 999 or the Urgent Treatment Centre.

Please complete a consent form if you are happy to receive this service. These are available from reception. This will be saved on your GP record. You can notify us in writing if you wish to retract this at any time.
